We aim to deliver shop products within:
UK –
Royal Mail: 3-5 working days
DPD: 1-2 working days
International –
Royal Mail: 1-7 working days
DHL: 1-2 working days
Delivery costs
We currently offer free standard delivery on UK orders over £60 and International orders over £160. Please note that this is offer is valid only online. Our other delivery costs are as follows.
For UK orders under £60:
Royal Mail: £3.50 per order
DPD: £6.50 per order
For International orders under £160:
Royal Mail: £9.50 per order
DHL: £15.00 per order
Refunds & returns
Please contact our customer service team within 5 days if you need to return anything from your order. We will be happy to offer you a full refund, replacement or exchange on any items.
Unfortunately, after 5 working days we cannot refund any delivery charges or cover the cost of returning the item. You can contact our customer service team by email at: hello@cicekgallery.com.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF ARTWORKS
All artworks are available for collection from the Artist.
Free UK delivery is available only for those items purchased at the full list price, and is subject to confirmation and international law. Free UK delivery on orders above £10,000 includes a special white glove delivery service and includes professional packing and insurance held by our partnered company – Convelio. Delivery and Insurance will only be added as an additional charge for those items not purchased at the full list price.
In exceptional circumstances, or for unusually large or heavy items, Cicek Gallery reserves the right to enforce a collection only policy. This will be clearly set out to the customer at the time of order. In such a situation, we can provide advice and help to arrange the work’s delivery if requested, but ultimate shipping responsibility will lie with the customer.
Cost of international deliveries must be covered by the buyer, including insurance. For international delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any taxes including but not limited to import tax, duty, merchandise, sales or user tax that have to be paid in the country of destination whether on shipment, or on import, or at any other time.
